To achieve these goals and objectives, Cooliemon® uses its proprietary approach, Express Training Development (ETD), that is grounded in Modular Training Development (MTD) and reflects five guiding principles:
- Competence, which specifies current staff capabilities as Education, Knowledge, and Skills
- Responsiveness, which extracts customer and stakeholder staff competence requirements in three basic categories: Technical, Management, and Communications
- Analysis, which determines the essential gaps between current trainee knowledge, skill and ability levels and those required to perform their assigned tasks at pre-defined and measurable levels of competency
- Functionality, which identifies and selects the best approach to quickly close the analytic gap through existing training or the development of new courseware
- Training Delivery, which focuses on providing the earliest possible access to the selected training
MTD-C.R.A.F.T.™ is applied to each training initiative with a focus on measurable skill development and knowledge transfer that can be evaluated and tracked throughout all phases of training performance.Among our many training services as listed above, we also offer:
- OT strategic plan development to address competency-based models
- User documentation, including self-instructional manuals for your products and presentations that illustrate key product and service features
