Cooliemon® began operating in the early 1990s as a SW-CMM® consulting practice. In the years since then we have expanded our offerings to include a unique constellation of services and products. We now have operations in the following locations:

Cooliemon® is a Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Transition Partner. Our president and CEO, Ralph Williams, is one of the most active SEI CMMI® Lead Appraisers in the world. We have extensive experience in Business Improvement consulting for private and public sector organizations. Cooliemon® also provides training in multiple modalities and settings, and is a highly effective developer of specialized software applications.
Our expertise in Benchmarking multiple models and standards, such as CMMI® , ITIL®, ISO, and IEEE - combined with practical working knowledge from classical quality improvement methods established by Juran, Deming, and Shewhart - have solidified our reputation in the organizational improvement field. Our Star Organizational Improvement (Star OI™) method reflects this experience and extends our capabilities to provide even greater results for our clients.
Cooliemon®'s Product Development capabilities afford our clients the resources to create new software applications or to improve existing ones in ways that improve or complement their management and operational environments.
